Manually Extrude Filament?

How the heck do you manually extrude a length of filament with the Kobra X?

I'm coming from a Kobra 2 Pro which was dead simple - just heat up the hot end and press 'extrude' and it would spit out however much filament you want.

The X only seems to have up and down arrows in the software. Pressing the down arrow automatically heats the hot end and then performs the '3 rotations' thing, but no filament comes out.

I've clicked through every menu on the printer. Anycubic's kb only talks about disassembling the top of the extruder and physically pushing filament through by hand. I've tried searching as well and no one else seems to be talking about this so I feel like I'm missing something obvious.
