A friend of mine sent me this version of Praise to the Man.
Say what you will, I know not everyone's religious.
But I think this was an interesting spin on 'Praise to the Man':
Praise not the man who communed with the devil! Jesus neer called him a Prophet nor Seer.
Cursed of God, seeking power and fortune; Longed to be king with a reign of death and fear.
Don't hail him prophet; he's not gone to heaven! He was a tyrant who lived his life in vain.
He was a fraud who deceived friends and brethren; Never a hero; a legacy of shame.
Don't praise his mem'ry, he died not a martyr; Dishonored and reviled he cannot erase his blame!
Shedder of blood, and a chief of assassins; A foe of heaven and destined for the flames!
Don't hail him prophet; he's not gone to heaven! He was a tyrant who lived his life in vain.
He was a fraud who deceived friends and brethren; Never a hero; a legacy of shame.
He had no glory and he has no priesthood. Never, no NEVER the keys will he hold.
Faithless and false, he won't enter Gods kingdom; Full of corruption like false prophets of old.
Don't hail him prophet; he's not gone to heaven! He was a tyrant who lived his life in vain.
He was a fraud who deceived friends and brethren; Never a hero; a legacy of shame.
He was a conman who stole other men's wives; He must atone for blood spilled at his command.
Wake up O world; see that Joseph was evil! Millions deceived by the lies of that man!
Don't hail him prophet; he's not gone to heaven! He was a tyrant who lived his life in vain.
He was a fraud who deceived friends and brethren; Never a hero; a legacy of shame.
