Got Scammed by Swadeshi Traveller aka Swadeshi Camping

So recently my friend and I booked one of their 3 nights 2 days trip package to Chikmagalur and Coorg from Hyderabad after seeing a post in Instagram. We made the booking for 1st may as we had a long weekend and we opted for the 3AC train because of the heat. We paid an advance amount of around 6k which includes extra charges for 3AC. They assured me that they'll arrange the bookings. But just 1-2 days before the trip they shared a train ticket which was for a Sleeper train from Vikarabad on 30th April. Because we had office that day we reached out to them to provide other options or cancel it and give us the refunds they stopped replying.

Thanks to the BHIM UPI because when we were trying to pay the full package amount the app blocked us saying the receiver is marked as SCAM or Fraud so we didn't pay the full amount.

We have filed the complaint on National Consumer Helpline and are waiting for a response but we are not sure if it will be resolved.

I would request you all to avoid such travel agencies. They will ask you to pay in advance and once you'll pay you will have no idea what they are going to provide.
