Getting clutch to biting point
So I've done 10 hours of lessons now. 4 with a bad instructor and 6 with my current one who's much better. With my current instructor he has done the 0 to 10 technique with 5 being at the biting point.
Everytime I have to stop completely, and I raise the clutch to the biting point, I end up constantly getting to 4 and just under the biting point so when I move off, I either don't move much and have to release more on the clutch or start rolling back when on a hill.
How do I get used to getting the clutch at the biting point? I feel the vibrations are 4 and if I release a till the vibrations are more intense, I'm at 6 so when moving off, the car starts jerking a bit.
I am good at changing gears and slowing down and stopping but it's just getting the clutch done at the perfect 5 at the biting point that I have an issue with.
