Dog tail pain

My dog just started acting weird last night, unable to get comfortable laying down and sitting on her tail. Shes not holding it weird but shes babying it for sure.

Weve had such a rough month of vet visits Im a little broke hence posting here first. First she had a little toe wound, anti biotic, down time. That was 3 weeks ago. It healed, then last friday we were attacked by a loose dog. Vet visit. They checked her out, only wound was on her upper middle back. Puncture and crush wound. More anti biotics and pain meds. Those are now visibly healed, she seemed in good spirits all day yesterday until like 8pm.

We were all sitting and hanging out in the living room when she started acting off with her tail last night.

I gave her 50mg carprophen we had left over from an old small injury she had and that seems to have helped, but not totally. I have also tried icing the area but unsure if that helps.

Shes a 9yr old blue heeler, spayed. 50 lbs.
