You don’t have a time management problem. You have an accountability problem.
I’ve been helping a client lately who is a working professional at a law firm. On paper, she’s highly disciplined. But with her side goals (Shopify/Etsy), she was a chronic quitter.
She’d start strong, but as soon as the "hard work" phase kicked in or a family issue popped up, she’d bail. She’d spent months stuck in the sadness of a recent breakup and office stress. She had all the tools trackers, books, planners but no execution.
I took over as her accountability partner. Every single day, we discussed the plan. I was the annoying voice in her head asking for progress mid-day.
The results? Within 60 days, she established a consistent revenue stream. She just sent me photos from Egypt today. She’s there with her family and staff. It’s crazy how much you can achieve when you simply refuse to leave the goal midway.
