Help! Cocoon routing

I switched my ps2 emulation to AetherSx2 Turnip for integrated drivers. I changed the ps2 folder to route to the new emulator in the Thor settings and when running the emulator standalone the games launch but cocoon won’t launch the games when in the frontend. How do I fix this?
