What cheap torque wrench should I get for roof bars? Kept worrying I’d over‑tightened them.
I fitted roof bars to my car for a holiday and the whole time I kept thinking I’d over‑tightened the foot pack screws. They’re supposed to be 4 Nm, and I’m pretty sure I went past that because I didn’t have a torque wrench that goes that low.
I want to buy something cheap but decent so I can stop stressing about it next time. Ideally something that covers around 2–20 Nm so I can use it for other small jobs in the future.
Any recommendations for a budget, low‑range torque wrench that’s actually accurate at 4 Nm?
I found Halfords advanced and Amazon basics, either any good
