Need Advice for my friend!

hello everyone this query is for my friend , it was his drop year and he scored around 530+-5 this year general Haryana , he is super panicking and is anxious cause of it and saying he cant afford to take another drop ; he want to mbbs from gmc but it aint possible now ; could he get into an BVSC gmc or BAMS GMC ?
He cant afford to go private.
