Looking for a daily card to replace CSR

Hello,

I currently have the CSR, Chase Freedom Flex, Chase Amazon and the Apple card.

I'm going to downgrade my CSR for many of the usual reasons after the June reset.

I've had it for probably 8 years, but it now gives me point bonuses for fewer of the things I currently spend most of my money on. I find myself using the Stubhub/whatever credits but mainly because they're there and I feel I should use them. The DoorDash stuff is nice, admittedly, but I can easily go without.

I'm looking for a new card to use for the following:

I spend 90% of my non-essential money on:

-restaurants/bars, primarily takeout or ordering in through DD or UberEats

-travel; primarily cheap flights (I don't care about building a points relationship with a specific airline, I always go with what's cheapest,) airbnb, public transit, the occasional amtrak

-some online shopping, much of it through amazon

-entertainment at movie theaters and bookstores or their online equivalents

I don't spend much money on:

--Groceries

--Gas

--Car stuff

--Streaming services

What's the best card for me to get the most value for these categories?
