Giro d'italia yay or nay

Ciao

Got a few days off next week and can see the giro have a stage finishing in Napoli on Thursday.

So I am thinking about taking the trip down and arriving late Tuesday and going back home Friday morning. This leaves like 1 full day for exploring as well as Thursday morning. Want to see the Maradona wall, get pizza(s) and try baba.

I have never been to Napoli, and am looking for any recommendations for a female solo traveler.

Where to(not) stay ? My main concern as I want to feel safe and not be paying a lot (like I want to keep it under 150eur per night)

Or should I stay home and come back some other time where I have more time to explorer?
