Do you believe in psychics and medium readers ?

I don’t normally believe in mediums however a few years back I went to this psychic or a medium I am not sure I sat down and she didn’t really ask for my name or anything, asked for me to shuffle the cards and pick a few facing downwards. 5 mins in she starts describing these two family members who to the tee despite me not saying a word. She knew how they passed away and everything. I started crying because of how accurate it was. At one point she said my name how my family say it not the legal way. Since I’m just curious can some people truly connect with spirit guides and things like that ?
