What's wrong with my friend?

Today my friend (14F) caught me on the way to lunch panting saying "we had to walk for 30 minutes outside and im hot and dehydrated" and was fine until after we got our lunch like 20 minutes later when she suddenly started tearing up and covering her ears. Our other friend noticed and alerted the principle and the nurse came down with the wheelchair (he told the principle she was lightheaded because that's what it looked like.) She said she didn't need it and was crying now like, "I can't breathe, I dont know what's wrong with me."

The nurse was whispering to her trying to get her to come to the office and I overheard "did you take you medication?" Or something like that. My friend has briefly mentioned not taking meds before and tweaking out so I got worried? I think it could be related to the two times I know of she's has sezuires in the past. One I know of was months ago when she apparently said she was feeling shaky and then just collapsed in her chair and ended up at the hospital. Does she have epilepsy? I'm really worried

I tried to ask her about what happened that one time but she seemed avoidant so I just dropped it. I was just wondering if anyone knows what it could be because I want to be able to help better if this happens again :( sorry this is long btw
