Dutch fan

Hello, I am a Arsenal fan from the Netherlands and I want to be in London for the UCL final and for the parade on the 31st. Will it be possible for me to watch the game at the Emirates? I dont know if you need to be some sort of member or season pass holder.
If its not possible for me to attend at the screening, what would be the best place for me to watch the final?

Thanks in advance!
