Your manager creats an environment where in you're slowly getting cooked with everyone in her favourite list knowing about the same except you, who try their best to get out of this rut at all times but cannot escape. Then one fine day you decide to reach out to the HR and she makes you believe that it is a highly confidential call and it's between two of us. So with some hope left in you, you confide and express everything that has been going on with you till date. She takes the next step and asks you if there are someone else who have also felt this way....So you go ahead and take some names...cause in the past they have confided in you with tears in their eyes. But plot twist....They don't get a call from HR instead they receive call from the manager. Who asks if they are feeling pressurized by her? And many more....And you get a termination mail...and your manager makes it appear like since you were in PIP so you chose to go against her. Now what is left to do for a corporate employee with a FAANG company?
