New Hail of Blades interaction

Hail of Blades got updated this season. Essentially, it gives a bit less attack speed, but those attacks deal extra true damage with an AD and AP ratio. Autoattack resets have given you more HoB attacks for a while since the reset kinda wasted the value, but since the attacks are now empowered, extra uses are capped at two.

This makes the rune slightly better for Samira. The attack speed makes your xombos feel incredibly smooth and quick, and since you build a ton of AD, an AD ratio on your keystone is spicy.

Samira also has an autoattack reset: her passive empowered attack, the juggle on stunned targets. You can squeeze a fourth proc of the true damage if your support lands a stun.

Probably not enough to get people off Conqueror since the minor runes in Domination suck, but the rune itself feels really fun.
