Is 3 nose surgeries possibly too many?

Hi, I'm looking for advice.

I'm currently planning a nose surgery as I need a septoplasty for medical reasons. I can get it for free with national health insurance. Also, I have already had a septoplasty just on the cartilage when I was 15 (7 years ago), so this would be my 2nd nose surgery.

However, I also have been thinking about a nose job my whole life. Currently I do not have the money to afford it, but i think it would be possible for me before I'm 30 (I'm 22 now).

Basically I'm worried that if I wanted a nose job after this one, wouldn't opening up a scar for a 3rd time be too many? And wouldn't it be better to just save up for a complete rhino and septoplasty?
