Reasonable adjustments and Equality Act (England)

Worker < 2 years with two conditions covered by the Equality Act. Been off 5 months, recently had OH app suggesting reasonable adjustments at least for a 4-6week period. Most of these adjustments were actually originally suggested by the manager beforehand. Manager now saying due to demands of service can’t agree to them.
Where does the worker stand?
