Help me with my acne ? ( Oily skin acne prone skin )

I have had acne since my 7th grade of school and I am almost 22 yrs old , i have been doing skincare for the past 5 yrs now but nothing seems to work for me i have tried niacinamide serum , alpha arbutin , Kojic acid , I also have hyperpigmentation specifically on the face like it gets darker more than the rest of my body , i do apply sunscreen every day also the marks doesnt fade away completely my dermatologist gave me adaplene based gel but it makes my skin so dry at night resulting in a bad skin barrier, i just dont know what to do atp .
