Please help me find the specific spreadsheet for a list of chronic illnesses friendly doctors.

Hi! I hope everyone is doing okay today. A while back I stumbled on an excel or google spreadsheet of chronic illness friendly doctors. I had saved it, but now I can’t find it. There are two similar documents. One for the Pacific Northwest, and a general one for all of the USA. I’m searching for the general one for all of the USA. I’m having some significant medical issues that I feel could be remedied by seeing a doctor that is more comfortable treating patients with chronic conditions. My current doctors are definitely not.
