how do i start studying for bio and chem u4-6

legit idk where to start im so unfamiliar with the content and theres some things that i dont understand but i legit dont know where to start

ive been watching videos about the content and trying to take notes but its so time consuming

if i do past papers i just copy the mark scheme cuz idk a lot of stuff like wtf im so fucking cooked
