Acceptable medical reasons for 1 week SL during rendering period

Hi, need advice lang. Nagresign na ko and currently rendering. May remaining SL credits pa ko na sayang naman kasi hindi convertible to cash.

Planning sana mag file ng around 1 week SL pero ayoko naman nung super OA or suspicious na dahilan. Ano usually believable or commonly accepted na reason for 1 week SL? Yung di na sana masyadong inuusisa. Thanks!
