Life as in-house counsel?

I’m working at a firm where everyone’s work is urgent and I’m having trouble keeping up. I’m meeting my billables but I’m unhappy with working long hours. I had a recruiter reach out to me about an in-house role at a fintech company. This is exactly the kind of work I want experience in. How life in-house?
