Anyone submitted for buyback recently with no documentation?
I have 110 months of eligible payments and 10 months where I was employed but on admin forbearance. I went to apply for buy back for those 10 months. First, the Reconsideration Request page did not work. Used these instructions to get the page to work https://www.reddit.com/r/PSLF/s/Kf21oMdhV9 Then when I got to the place where you select buyback, it did not let me add any text or documentation. I pressed "submit" because I thought I was submitting "buyback" as the option I was filling out and thought it would take me to the next page to submit documentation. But it just submitted the buy back request with nothing attached. I am seeing some old reddit posts that you don't need to attach anything anymore even though the instructions still say to and others where they say to submit the info through a complaint/help request. I decided to submit a Feedback Case and complain about the page and form not working properly. There I added a letter to explain that I was seeking a buy back of 10 particular months, and listed the months. I also have some months that are ineligible so I wanted to be clear about the months that I want to buy back. Don't know if there's anything else I should or can do. Just wondering what the recent experience is that others are having and if there is any other advice for me? Thanks!
