Moving in 8 days and won’t see him again

We were together for 6 years. I’m 25 and feel like I’m 19 again not knowing how to adult on my own. We still live together. I move cities in 8 days. Every moment of every day, I am sick to my stomach with grief and anxiety. I will never not love him.
