A realistic expectation at Cheng in LY's team. I sacrificed my pull guarantee to test out Cheng myself
Setup: P5 LiangYue, P1+ Flutterpage, P0 everyone else.
The Lopera team is so much harder to play, especially if your Lopera is low portrait, the array only lasts 3 round so moxie management becomes an issue. And you have to juggle that with Flutterpage's ult timing and AP+1.
Cheng completely removes the Lopera issue, and his rotation automatically means you don't have to juggle Flutterpage's ult and AP+1.
I personally rate the Lopera team 9/10 on difficulty. Cheng is more like 6.5/10. For comparison, Bloodtithe and Plant-promptu are 2/10-3/10 for me.

Immediately after pulling, I regretted using up my guarantee. But he honestly changed my mind. P0 Cheng is not a bad pull at all. Even with my P5 LY, I still enjoy the gameplay quite a bit.
In terms of pure numbers, at P0 he's only 15-20% better than Lopera. I'm a realistic player, and I can guarantee that I'm not playing the Lopera team up to its theoretical levels. The real difference might even be larger for an average player. It doesn't matter who else you use in that slot, none of them is as comfortable as Cheng.
...until the next anniversary, so keep in mind before pulling. The anniversary is still ~4.5 months away though
