How much do facilities charge you?

A solo PT wants to use my fitness studio during the day outside of our group class schedule . What have you paid facilities to train in their gym or what’s a fair rate or The norm? I know it’s going to vary greatly but I’m looking for a ballpark number or how you all have gone about a similar situation . Daily? Monthly? A %? Etc
