Lost my passport and study permit, need advice, Thanks 💕

Hi everyone, I'm an international student at UofT right now and an Indian passport holder.

As the title says, I lost my passport and study permit. I would have to apply for a new passport, so does this mean I have to apply for a new study permit from the beginning and provide all my documentation + waiting time again? Or would it be possible to get a new study permit without having to apply for it all? Since the study permit replacement would have to align with my new passport. Would appreciate any advice or help with this issue, thanks!

I am currently not in Canada either.
