Facing issues with Deposit to US Stocks - Money stuck since May 1st

I have my monthly SIP set to 1st of every month, the money got deducted as usual and it typically used to take about 2 days to reach the US stock account, but this month it still seems stucK!!!

INDMoney gives a generic answer on the ticket(3249789) I opened that there is some issue with the bank and broker and on the app the delay went from May 5th to now saying May 8th 11:59pm which I'm sure will be delayed more!!

On looking at my US stock account, it now says that the transaction failed but when I look at my federal bank amount it doesn't reflect there as well so where is the money??

What is happening INDmoney, can you explain? or has anyone else been expriencing this?
