Disable startup logo?

Just installed the g900 tripo in a campervan, ostensibly as a replacement for the rear view mirror.

Two questions.

1. Is it possible to disable the startup logo? I want to see the rear view as soon as I’ve turned on the ignition.

2. Is it possible to lower the resolution of the camera but get 50 or 60 fps? 30 fps is a bit flickery.
