20,000 miles Maintenance

Quick question, so I had gotten my oil change at 17k miles and I don't need another until 22k. But I'm reaching the 20k miles in 6ish days but only have 19k miles. I know a majority of the work is inspection of things but wanted to know from all of your experience with broncos, is it necessary? Even when I look to book a appointment it's just offers basic things kike the “works” and batter life etc.
