What’s Ken’s story?

What’s the deal with Ken Todd? Like, where did all his and Lisa’s money come from? His Wikipedia is hilariously sparse lol (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ken\_Todd\_(entrepreneur)).
Surely it’s not all from restaurants?
There was a brief moment somewhere in s6 where Lisa mentions that when she met him he had a bunch of women’s clothing shops?
My husband and I like to joke that he’s some kind of British mob guy and all their money come from protection rackets 😹😹😹😹
