Looking for coffee beans for iced lattes/cappuccinos

Hey, which beans would you recommend for a solid full bodied espresso shot to go with lattes/iced lattes/ cappuccinos? I like my coffee strong (but not too bitter) and have it with vanilla syrup most days, trying to find something that would help me replicate Melbrew’s vanilla iced latte at home with Breville barista express impress. Thankssss
