Classic Sunder Charm on ROTW Ladder

I have managed to trade a classic Bone Break sunder charm on ladder. I was under the impression they only dropped in LoD and converting a LoD character to RotW only brings it to non-ladder...

So how did this guy get a classic sunder onto ladder?
