Reddit and twitter manager for nsfw

I am from czech republick and for me is reddit or twitter very difficult to understand. I would like to ask if someone worked with a manager that has experience for nsfw adult content. I love to manage my OF by my self but becouse IG bannes nowadays almost everyone I would like to try this two platforms. Any idea where could I find someone who is not just a wierdo?
