Hotel suggestions for staycation at Virar

My friend and I are planning to visit a waterpark at Virar and then would be around the Arnala beach.

Can you guys please help me find hotels/rooms/farmhouse stays (budget) near Arnala beach.

Also what all should I expecting while hunting for places to stay, any tips?
