get Lucia's m1 now or save for Billy mindscapes?

I am just wondering what would be a better investment atm, I plan to atleast get m0w1 Billy.
I'm leaning more to getting his mindscapes, as I usually only get dupes for dps (also cuz Billy deserves it)
But I know that Lucia's m1 is very strong universal for all rupture agents (I have an m1w1 Banyue, which can be run with Orphie+Lighter if Lucia is with Billy)

I'll have around 257~ tapes when his banner's out, with no guranteed engine, agent and zero pity.
