HSG results

Would like to have some feedback on this HSG result. My doc doesn’t think anything of it and since we are doing IVF, he doesn’t think it requires any further investigation. I’m concerned about the “scarring and polyps” and feel like there could be something being overlooked:

 
IMPRESSION:
 
Irregular filling defects that could be scarring and/or polyps, as described above.
 
The left fallopian tube is occluded.
 
The right fallopian tube is patent.
