Hover Video Help - How can I add hover videos to my works page and my home page?

My boss asked me to upload new projects to his website. These are works for his production company and he would like to have a clip (I currently have them as .mp4 files) to play when a viewer hovers over the project. When uploading the project, the previous developer has a spot to add a 'Video ID' and it appears on the webflow page site as this:

this is a working hover video id

However, I dont know how to get the correct code to put in the video id field to get it to play. It says that the code entered in the photo above is specific to webflow.

Does anyone know how to get the mp4 clip into the correct code so it plays when i hover over it? Im new to webflow and I cant seem to figure this out. Thank you!!!!
