hopecore (i guess)

i know it can be kind of doom and gloom on this subreddit but u guys have helped me come to terms and be proud of who i am. a year ago i told my muslim friend i was ex muslim and today i told her i was a lesbian too (she lowkey knew the whole time but we move😭)

she was so sweet and kind and im grateful to have such a supportive friend. i know not everyone gets the same reaction when they come out so im super thankful.

a few years ago i probably wouldn’t have been able to say im atheist/ gay out loud and now i can.

i know sometimes it really seems like the end of the world but pls don’t let your hope fade away. keep persevering and chase the future you want
