Bow help.

So I’m putting together a ranger mercenary outfit and I want to include a bow, but my local renfest is a little strict and it can’t be non functional. I already bought some prop wooden arrows and rubber tips but I can’t find a fictional one. Does anyone know of any sellers or any YouTube videos on how to turn bows nonfunctional while keeping the string, since I plan on hooking the bow on my backpack.

Edit: the bow has to have some type of string or yarn because I’m going to wear it over my shoulder and walking around renfest with my group.
