Pregnancy and sibo?

Has anyone with sibo been pregnant (after antibiotics treatment) and safely delivered a baby? I was wondering, do you need to stop all supplements if you are pregnant? I am not pregnant, I'm struggling to conceive actually, and I wonder if sibo is causing this, although I don't currently have symptoms anymore.
