Card recs for living in Spain for 2 years

Hello,
I will be moving to Spain for graduate school. I plan on getting a new credit card before then but I def was to maximize my options. Any advice?

I don’t understand credit cards that well tbh. I mean I use them carefully but def not to their potential so any advice is appreciated !
