How would you respond? I’m a PTF 4 months in. Supervisor tells me that I’m not allowed to ask for help.

Essentially title. She’s the closing supervisor. I’m still green when it comes to guesstimating time for ET. Put on different routes. She has said this to me once before and again on Wednesday.

I tell her either I need to amend my time from the first ET, or it’s longer than she wants at the first ET.

And as an aside, none of the supervisors answer or respond to scanner texts. It’s the culture in my office to respond by cell.
