Entering 3rd year of engineering and still stuck at HTML/CSS/JS — how do I learn full stack efficiently?

Suggestions

I’m about to enter my 3rd year of engineering (CS), and I honestly feel stuck. I know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics, but I haven’t been able to move beyond that into actual full-stack development.

Whenever I try learning backend, databases, frameworks, etc., it feels overwhelming because there’s just so much to learn, and I end up jumping between resources without making real progress.

For those who successfully learned full stack during college, how did you do it efficiently? What roadmap, projects, or learning approach actually worked for you without getting stuck in tutorial hell?
