Any tips for UST interview?

I'm a UST CoN applicant, and I'm quite nervous for the interview. I'm somewhat of a perfectionist and a big overthinker. I would like some tips on how to do good on it and the questions too.

I would also like to know what it's like from people that took the interview online/international students.

My main worry is answering the "Tell me about yourself" question. It's pretty easy when looking at it, but it's too broad for me to answer,, tips are appreciated on what to say!
