how do i know if i smell bad?

this is stressing me out. i shower most days with soap, i wear deodorant regularly, and my clothes and body smell fine to me. i don’t shave my body hair or anything. my mom tells me really often that i smell bad, especially when we’re in the car together, but i really don’t know if i actually do or how to fix it. no one else has told me i smell bad, but my mom says people aren’t saying anything because of social norms. i’ve tried sniffing my clothes, my underarms, my breath, and everything smells completely normal to me. i’m scared of going outside or near people because i’m worried they’ll think i smell. how do i know if i smell bad? how do i fix it?
