Anyone think that Snezhnaya will have some Italian influence?

Knowing well that the Fatui (the word itself as well and the harbingers names) are Italian- could there be some Italian influence into Snezhnaya? I know it's primarily Russian and Slavic countries. However, both Russia and Italy have had strong connections in history. So I imagine there has to be some little influences right?
