over a decade

Wc over a decade. Why ? Dozens of my doctors side with me 5/6 ime doctors side with me , why isnt my case advancing by now ? I am not looking for an exact reason, but an idea, what would hold a case up this long ? Im still being treated by doctors as well .. but this is the ramifications from the accident, but reached mmi 6 years ago ..
