Do I mention I’m going on vacation in my interview?

I’m moving to a different state (in August) and I have to find a new job since my current job won’t let me work remote/move offices. I’ve started to look for new jobs now since the market is tough. I also have a 3.5 week vacation planned in December that has already been approved with my current employer using pto.

I have my first interview with the recruiter next week with a consulting company and I was wondering if I should mention that I have a 3.5 week vacation in December? I feel like I should mention it because it would probably result in me taking unpaid time off.

Also, anyone have any recommendations on how to answer why I’m looking for a new job? The real reason is because I’m moving states but I feel like interviewers want to hear more.
